My Tuesday morning started in beautiful
settings. I had come to Katajanokka to an old warehouse building by the sea to
view
Marimekko’s newest autumn/winter 2012 interior decoration collection. I was
drinking a cup of coffee sitting “in a forest” on a wooden log, picking up a sandwich from picnic style basket
while enjoying the atmosphere; printed fabrics hanging high from the ceiling,
crockery scattered around, beautiful
lamps illuminating the darkness and bed linen in voluminous formations. What a perfect place it was to unwind before a busy day ahead!
